AI-Native Delivery Methodology
We built our own development platform in which multiple AI development teams operate under human (PM) control, and we use it on real Odoo projects. We deploy AI not merely for speed, but to increase verification frequency, traceability and documentation depth. Accountability for deliverable quality always rests with people (PM and PL).
Spec-driven
Requirements and design documents are the single source of truth. If it is not in the spec, we do not build it.
Three-tier review
Automated checks (tests and static analysis) → PL review → PM sign-off. Nothing moves forward without human approval.
Deterministic verification first
Figures and data integrity are verified through full, reproducible code-based reconciliation — not AI judgment.
End-to-end traceability
A traceability matrix links requirements → design → code → tests, so every change can be tracked to its origin.
AI isolation
AI tools live only in the development environment. Production data and personal information are never fed to AI, and deployments run solely through human-approved CI/CD.
Security gates
Code is promoted to the next environment only after passing static application security testing (SAST), dependency and license scans, and secret scans.

Client helpdesk tickets are automatically turned into work items, with status, comments and attachments synced both ways. No request gets lost in manual hand-offs.
AI pre-analysis on every ticket
Every incoming ticket gets an auto-generated, structured analysis draft — request summary, project context and investigation steps — so engineers start from a draft, not a blank page.
Transparent time reporting
Time spent on each task is logged to the client's Odoo timesheets, so monthly SLA reports come straight from system data with no manual compilation.
Knowledge continuity
Business knowledge built up during implementation is carried over into the support knowledge base, so understanding of the system is never lost when team members change.
AI security architecture in operations
- AI tasks run only in engineers' local environments — no AI credentials are stored on servers
- No AI agents are installed on client systems — integration uses standard Odoo APIs only
